Your "temporary home " located in the historic old town, is within walking distance of all destinations such as Cathedral, historic City Hall, or "Little Venice".

The apartment in the KAULBERG AREA is on the ground floor of the Laurenzistreet Nr.1, a quiet street without going through traffic.

The Apartment:

- combined living - and sleeping room (TV and radio)

- Kitchen with dining room (fridge, Minibackhofen, microwave, Kettle etc.), - Shower with WC,

- a quiet courtyard with an OASIS to just switch off and enjoy.

- W-LAN (Wi-Fi) is available.

Non-smoking apartment (you can smoke in the courtyard), pets are not allowed in.

In the vicinity you will find comprehensive shopping facilities, a bus stop and free carparking.

Bamberg advertises itself with the slogan "Fascination of world cultural heritage".

But not only cultural and culinary heighlights of the city is to learn and experience, the closer surrounding area (e.g., Franconian Switzerland, Steigerwald, and "Franconian Tuscany") are well worth discovering.

Also for exploring the somewhat distant cities such as Nuremberg, Bayreuth, Würzburg, is Bamberg because of its excellent transport connections and availability a very good site to reside in.

Bedsheets and towels are provided (after one week you shall get fresh bedsheets, and for the towels just need to ask).

Leasing conditions

After acceptance of your bookings, you will receive a booking confirmation. The booking is then

valid with the booking confirmation and the contract terms are recognised.

I would ask you pay  up the rent upon arrival in cash .

You have to leave the apartment by  11:00 a.m on the day of departure. Please inform us when you intend to arrive in Bamberg.
